For those of you that don’t know me, I am a registered dietitian, health and weight loss coach and professional speaker that specializes in weight and healthy lifestyle management. I run a private nutrition consulting practice downtown Toronto where I offer a variety of individual, group and corporate programs and services. The objective of my practice is to teach people step-by-step how to eat healthy, exercise, manage weight and maintain a positive body image and still ENJOY LIFE! This means eating your favourite foods, going out to dinner, and going on vacation with the knowledge and skills that you need to stay on track and reach your health and weight loss goals.
